When We Release Client Information
Under no circumstances does KEHK sell customer lists or information to others. KEHK releases client information to parties only under the following circumstances:

1) For servicing purposes: KEHK transfers a limited amount of information, only as necessary, to suppliers, agents and clearing firm(s).

2) When required or permitted by law: KEHK must give information in response to a valid demand search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order. KEHK may disclose information to the authorities to serve a clear public interest and to fulfill a public duty - such as to protect against fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. KEHK may take action to protect the interests of KEHK, which may result in disclosing information to parties outside of KEHK.

Protection of Client Information
All client information is protected using the appropriate safeguards and security measures. KEHK maintains thorough security standards to protect the Company's systems and client information against unauthorized access and use. These include:

1) KEHK's systems have been designed to ensure that the client's Personal Identification Number (PIN), password and other access codes are always private and confidential. For a client's own protection, a client's access code is known only to the client - KEHK employees cannot gain access to them, and KEHK employees will not ask clients to reveal their access codes.

2) The length of time KEHK maintains information varies depending on the product or service and the nature of the information. This period may extend beyond the end of a client's relationship with KEHK but only for so long as it is legally necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issue that may arise at a later date or as otherwise required by regulatory agencies. When client information is no longer needed for the purposes explained above, KEHK has procedures in place to destroy, delete, erase or convert it to an anonymous form.

Internet Security
1) Encryption: All applications and other communications requesting confidential information must be set up in a "secure environment" on the KEHK site, transmitted to KEHK securely through the use of encryption and maintained in a secure format upon receipt by KEHK until distribution to the appropriate business area.

2) Firewalls: KEHK has in place a firewall designed to securely separate the Internet from KEHK's internal computer systems and databases. Data coming from customer computers via the Internet flows through a series of safety checkpoints on its way to KEHK's internal systems so that only authorized messages and transactions enter our computer systems.

3) Monitoring: KEHK monitors all internal systems to ensure that there has been no security attack or attempted break-in. KEHK also arranges for regular independent security checks on KEHK's computer systems to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
